Tauranga City Council invites Registrations for the above.

We require professional services with experience in the development of new and upgrades to existing Marine Facilities, the types of services required are:

• Development of concept designs, involvement in discussions with stakeholders, provision of developed and detailed designs and engineering calculations for new marine facilities. The design needs to consider access from land onto these facilities for vehicles and people and landscaping for the land to structure connection.
• Engagement with stakeholders and the preparation and lodging of Resource consent applications for the new marine structures including answering RFI from the consenting authority.
• Development of concept and detailed design documentation for the renewal of seawalls.
• Preparation of tender documentation to allow Council to tender the physical works contract for new marine facilities including seawalls to the market.
• Involvement in the tender evaluation as an evaluator and the award of the construction contract.
• Contract administration and construction monitoring at CM4 of the construction contract to completion.
• Providing personnel to act as engineer and engineers rep to the construction contract.
