The Chief Executive of Tauranga City Council has today issued a warrant to avoid immediate danger to 21 properties in the Lakes partially built by the liquidated developer, Bella Vista Homes.

Tauranga City Council representatives have met with owners and residents who were evacuated earlier this month from the former Bella Vista Homes development at The Lakes.

Tauranga City Council has announced that all of the properties in the former Bella Vista Homes development at The Lakes, have been deemed dangerous and affected, or affected, and cannot be reoccupied.
