Road closures

Following the sale of seven of its nine elder housing villages to Kāinga Ora: Homes and Communities earlier this year, Tauranga City Council expects the gross proceeds of all sales associated with the portfolio to be in the order of $38.6 million.

The eastern side of the Oropi Grove Mountain Bike Park will be closed for three days from Monday 5 September to Wednesday 7 September so Tauranga City Council can investigate the condition of water pipelines that send water to the Oropi treatment plant and distribute water to the city.
