Pursuant to clauses 10(4)(b) and 11 of Schedule 1 to the Resource Management Act, Tauranga City Council gives notice that on 10 December 2024 it adopted the Independent Hearing Commissioners’ recommendations on Proposed Plan Change 39.

Or can be inspected during office hours at the following locations from Monday 23 December 2024.

Any person or organisation that made a submission or further submission on Proposed Plan Change 39 to the Tauranga City Plan may appeal the Council’s decision to the Environment Court on a matter or provision referred to in their submission. The notice of appeal should align with Form 7 and must be served in accordance with regulation 7 of the Resource Management (Forms, Fees, and Procedures) Regulations 2003. Appeals must be lodged with the following within 30 working days of service of Council’s decision:
