Colony Kitchen Limited, a duly incorporated company, has made application to the Tauranga District Licensing Committee for the grant of an off licence in respect to the premises situated at 2/4 Ashley Place, Papamoa Beach, Papamoa 3118 and known as Colony Kitchen.
The general nature of the business conducted under the licence is that of a specialist retail store.
The days on which and the hours during which alcohol is intended to be sold under the licence are:
Monday to Sunday 08:00am to 10:00pm
Excluding Good Friday, Easter Sunday, Christmas Day and up until 1pm on ANZAC Day.
