Current water shutdowns.

From time to time it’s necessary to temporarily shut off parts of our water network to carry out annual water mains flushing, upgrades or emergency repairs.

Please note if this page is blank there are no current planned shutdowns.

Water shutdown - Marsh Street, Cliff Road and Chapel Street

Affected area:

Marsh Street; 6 – 24 even numbers only.
Cliff Road: 52, 62, 72
Chapel Street: 35

RZG construction is a Tauranga City Council approved contractor and will be isolating the water supply in your area between the hours shown above.

All RZG staff carry identification and can produce this if requested. Staff may need to enter your property to flush water from an outside tap to prevent dirty water entering your property.

Important: The shutdown times stated above are expected to be accurate. However, sometimes circumstances beyond our control (equipment failure or other unforeseen circumstances) can cause the shutdown to extend beyond the times stated. We apologise should this occur.

If you or a member of your household depends on water for critical medical support that requires a continuation of water supply – please ensure you make alternative arrangements for the times stated above.
