Bark in the Park

Bark in the Park is an event being run by the Animal Services team. Join the team at Memorial Park on Saturday, 15 February 2025, to connect with other dog owners and enjoy the morning out as a family.

Held at Jordan Field at Memorial Park, Bark in the Park is the perfect opportunity for dog owners to get together and enjoy the morning's activities, making it a fun day out for the whole family.

There will be educational booths to learn about microchipping and the best places to walk your dog around Tauranga, live music, agility demonstrations, food and drink trucks, dog play areas, giveaways, prizes and more!

What: Bark in the Park
When: Saturday, 15 February 2025
Where: Memorial Park (Jordan Field)
Time: 9am – 12pm.

Want to apply to be a market vendor?

Fill out the Expression of Interest form (316kb pdf) and email it to regrequests@tauranga.govt.nz by 21 November. We’re accepting EOI’s from the following vendors: food, coffee/beverages, dog-related products/services, kid’s entertainment.

Approved vendors will be announced via email by 29 November 2024 with their allocated sites. (Limited vendor sites available).
