M & S Jenkins Holdings Limited, a duly incorporated company, has made application to the Tauranga District Licensing Committee for the Variation of an on Licence in respect to the premises situated at 285 Maungatapu Road, Maungatapu and known as The Taps, Maungatapu.

The general nature of the business conducted under the licence is that of a Tavern.

Reason for public notice:
The variation sought concerns extending the licensed area to include the courtyard.

Any person who is entitled to object and who wishes to object may, not later than 25 working days after the date of publication of this notice, file a notice in writing of the objection with the Secretary of the Tauranga District Licensing Committee, Private Bag 12022, Tauranga 3143.
