The Clubhouse Igc Limited, a duly incorporated company, has made application to the Tauranga District Licensing Agency for the variation of an on Licence in respect of the premises situated at 46 Grey Street, Tauranga and known as The Clubhouse.
The general nature of the business conducted under the licence is that of an Indoor Golf Venue.
The days on which and the hours during which liquor is currently being sold under the licence are:
Monday - Thursday: 3:00pm to 9:00pm
Friday - Saturday: 11:00am to 11:00pm
Sunday: 11:00am to 9:00pm
(No alcohol is to be sold and supplied on the premises on Good Friday, Easter Sunday, Christmas Day or before 1pm on Anzac Day to any person other than a person who is on the premises to dine).
With a variation to the current licence such that the days on which and the hours during which liquor is intended to be sold under the licence are:
Monday - Thursday: 11:00am to 9:00pm
Friday - Saturday: 11:00am to 11:00pm
Sunday: 11:00am to 9:00pm
(No alcohol is to be sold and supplied on the premises on Good Friday, Easter Sunday, Christmas Day or before 1pm on Anzac Day to any person other than a person who is on the premises to dine).

Any person who is entitled to object and who wishes to object may, not later than 15 working days after the date of the first publication of this notice, file a notice in writing of the objection with the Secretary of the Tauranga District Licensing Agency, Private Bag 12022, Tauranga 3143.
