Wastewater overflow notifications

Wastewater overflows pose a serious risk to public health and our environment and need to be fixed immediately.

Most wastewater blockages (and subsequent overflows) occur when people flush things down their toilets or sinks that they shouldn’t like wet wipes, fats and cooking oils. Wastewater overflows can also occur when stormwater enters the wrong pipes during heavy rain due to faulty gully traps or damaged infrastructure.

If a wastewater overflow has occurred, please notify us.

Mehtaab Limited, a duly incorporated company, has made application to the Tauranga District Licensing Committee for the renewal of an Off Licence in respect to the premises situated at Shops 6 & 7, 158 Cambridge Road, Tauranga and known as Cambridge Heights Foodmarket.

The general nature of the business conducted under the licence is that of a grocery store.

The days on which and the hours during which alcohol is currently being sold under the licence are: 

Monday to Sunday 7:00am to 9:00pm
Excluding Good Friday, Easter Sunday, Christmas Day and up until 1pm on Anzac Day.

The application may be inspected by contacting either a Liquor Licensing Inspector or a Health & Licensing Technician, by phoning Tauranga City Council: Phone (07) 577-7000.

Any person who is entitled to object and who wishes to object may, not later than 15 working days after the date of publication of this notice, file a notice in writing of the objection with the Secretary of the Tauranga District Licensing Committee, Private Bag 12022, Tauranga 3143.
