Clarence Hospitality Group Limited, a duly incorporated company, has made application to the Tauranga District Licensing Committee for the renewal of an On Licence in respect to the premises situated at 51 Willow Street, Tauranga 3110 and known as Clarence.
The general nature of the business conducted under the licence is that of a hotel (with a Section 38 Endorsement - Caterer).
The days on which and the hours during which alcohol is currently being sold under the licence are:
To any person who is present on the premises (guest and S38 Caterer)
Monday to Sunday 9.00am to 02.00am the following day
To any person who is for the time living on the premises
Any time on any day (mini bars)
No alcohol is to be sold and supplied on the premises on Good Friday, Easter Sunday, Christmas Day or before 1pm on Anzac Day to any person other than a person who is on the premises to dine or is lodging on the premises.
