It has been noted that traffic speeds have been dangerously increasing through the site recently. We would like to remind everyone that the site has a 30kph speed limit.

Before we get into this week’s update, we would like to inform our stakeholders that we are on track to be complete at the end of October, weather dependant.

Durham Lane from Durham Street to the Bongard Centre has been excavated, power ducting installed and base gravel laid.

There is an exciting milestone planned for the weekend of 31st August.

The Spring Street intersection will be fully open by Sunday night in readiness for Monday traffic.
