The purpose of this Advance Notice is to inform suppliers of the upcoming release of a Request for Proposal for a Main Contractor to deliver the construction of the new Tauranga Wharewaka Pavilion, which will be situated at the southern end of the Waterfront Reserve.
Pursuant to s 54(1)(b) of the Reserves Act 1977, the Tauranga City Council proposes to grant a lease of land on Gordon Spratt Reserve to the Pāpāmoa Football Club Incorporated and the Pāpāmoa Cricket Club Incorporated for an initial term of 10 years, with one renewal term of 10 years.
