Pursuant to s 54(1)(b) of the Reserves Act 1977, the Tauranga City Council proposes to grant a lease of land on Gordon Spratt Reserve to the Pāpāmoa Football Club Incorporated and the Pāpāmoa Cricket Club Incorporated for an initial term of 10 years, with one renewal term of 10 years. The lease is proposed to commence on 1 December 2024. If the renewal period is exercised the final expiry date will be 30 November 2044. The lease is for land and building space for the permitted use of football and cricket club rooms.
The lease area is comprised of approximately 100m2 and is contained in Record of Title SA69D/513 being described as Lot 2 and Lot 7 on Deposited Plan 88154. The Land is owned and administered by the Tauranga City Council as a Recreation Reserve under the Reserves Act 1977.
