Adrift New Zealand Limited, a duly incorporated company, has made application to the Tauranga District Licensing Committee for the grant of an on licence in respect to the vessel situated at Tauranga Harbour, Tauranga and known as Dolphin Blue.
The general nature of the business conducted under the licence is that of a Charter Vessel.
The days on which and the hours during which alcohol is intended to be under the licence are:
Monday to Sunday from 9:00am to 1:00am the following day (Dolphin and wildlife tours, scenic cruises and pre-booked private charters).

Any person who is entitled to object and who wishes to object may, not later than 25 working days after the date of publication of this notice, file a notice in writing of the objection with the Secretary of the Tauranga District Licensing Committee, Private Bag 12022, Tauranga 3143.
