This fee applies to those undertaking commercial (including residential over two dwellings) construction works on billing requiring road reserve occupation that occur for a period of occupations of greater than one month only (cumulative over a year period). This rate is to be the adjacent property’s rated land value pro-rated to a per metre square rate on a daily basis. This may be discounted by up to 85%	5.75% pa excl GST
