Trade Waste ID – your online portal for consents and reporting
We are in the process of introducing a new way to manage all trade waste business. This will standardise processes and make things simpler and consistent. As part of this alignment, all existing customers will need to make an online application for a licence.
To apply or renew a trade waste licence, or do your monthly reporting, our online trade waste portal will be used. Once you're set up in the system, you'll have access to everything you need to manage your trade waste business with us. The portal can be used wherever, whenever from desktop or mobile phone.
We understand this may take a bit of time and will do what we can to make this process easy for you. Our team will contact you in due course to discuss these changes and provide any guidance if needed.

Using the Trade Waste ID portal

Before you start

Under the new system, trade waste customers will submit their reporting monthly. This ensures data is up to date, variations are picked up relatively quickly and reports can be pulled showing trends and patterns. The data can be submitted online or through the ID phone app (to download after registration), that creates flexibility to use it where and when it most suits you.
