Wastewater overflow at Carlton Street on 9 July 2025, is now all clear.
The overflow was a result of pipe breakage. This will have impacted Calton Street Reserve Stormwater, open drain, pond, the Matua Saltmarsh Reserve, and the Tauranga Harbour area.
Water quality sample results indicate that there will be no further impact as a result of the abovementioned overflow.
