Tauranga City Council invite proposals for the contract opportunity to join the Community Infrastructure – Physical Works and Physical Services Panel.

This panel will be replacing the existing Tauranga Reserves Panel which is due to expire January 2026.

Going forward, we are only going to be focusing on physical works and physical services (service-based tasks that support or maintain physical assets or the environment).

We will be looking to engage a selection of small to medium-sized contractors and will select a suite of contractors that offer the best spread of capacity and capability to meet our project needs.

The scope of works extends to all reserves and may incorporate road reserve projects over the period of the panel arrangement.

Physical Works categories:

• Civils
• Specialist Structural Elements
• Playground Supply and / or installation Services
• Modular Toilets / Changing Room Facilities

Physical Services categories:

• Sportsfield Lighting
• Vegetation Services

The anticipated contract term for the panel is three (3) years with the option to extend for an additional three (3) years.
