Overflow Notification

This is to notify that wastewater overflow events have occurred from the following pump stations as a result of the high rainfall on 21 January 2026.

• Hartford Avenue Pump Station (PS011)
• Oriental Parade Pump Station (PS112)
• Catalina Key Pump Station (PS077)

These overflows have discharged into the stormwater network and potentially made the receiving environments, including Wairakei Stream, specifically between Hartford Avenue to Palm Beach, & Beachwaters Drive and Oriental Parade.

Current Actions

TCC contractors have placed warning signage at prominent access points.

Water quality testing will begin when weather permits
