This is to notify you that a wastewater overflow has occurred on Vale Street, at the Otumoetai Golf Course on 22 January 2026.
The overflow was a result of heavy rainfall on the 21st January 2026. This will have impacted Tauranga Harbour area between Goods Road to Sulphur Point.
TCC contractors have placed warning signage at prominent access points.
Water quality testing will begin when weather permits
