Poppy Thomas Hospitality Limited, A duly incorporated company, has made application for the renewal and variation of an On Licence in respect to the premises situated at 19 Girven Road, Mount Maunganui and known as the Freeport Tavern and Eatery and Paulie's Sports Pub.
The general nature of the business conducted under the licence is that of a Tavern.
The days on which and the hours during which alcohol is currently being sold under the licence are:
Monday to Sunday from 9:00am to 1:00am the following day
With a variation to vary condition 3 of the licence, enable it to relocate the area permanently designated supervised to another area within the premises
