Metlifecare Papamoa Beach Limited, a duly incorporated company has made application to the Tauranga District Liceensing Committee for the renewal of an on licence in respect to the premises situated at 2 Te Okuroa Drive, Pāpāmoa Beach, Pāpāmoa 3118 and known as Papamoa Beach Village.

The general nature of the business conducted under the licence is that of a Restaurant.

The days on which and the hours during which alcohol is currently being sold under the licence are: 

Monday to Sunday 09:00am to 11:00pm
(No alcohol is to be sold and supplied on the premises on Christmas Day or before 01:00pm on Anzac Day to any person other than a person who is on the premises to dine).

Any person who is entitled to object and who wishes to object may, not later than 25 working days after the date of publication of this notice, file a notice in writing of the objection with the Secretary of the Tauranga District Licensing Committee, Private Bag 12022, Tauranga 3143.
