Following a magic month of Matariki celebrations in Tauranga Moana the Kaupapa Māori Legacy Event Fund will reopen this Friday, 1 July. 

Tauranga City Council’s new office building at 90 Devonport Road is set to be the largest mass timber office building in New Zealand and will target a net zero carbon footprint for the building’s construction process.

Tauranga’s surf/skate culture will be further enhanced with the city’s first destination skate park to be built at Mount Maunganui.

Tauranga is growing, and so too is the need to find new ways to keep our people connected.

A turning of the sod ceremony this afternoon has marked the start of construction for the long awaited Pāpāmoa East Interchange.
