M & S Jenkins Holdings Limited, a duly incorporated company, has made application to the Tauranga District Licensing Committee for the Renewal & Variation of an On Licence in respect to the premises situated at 285 Maungatapu Road, Maungatapu and known as The Taps Maungatapu.
The general nature of the business conducted under the licence is that of a Tavern.
The days and hours on which alcohol is currently being sold under the licence are:
Sunday to Tuesday from 11.00am to 10.30pm
Wednesday to Saturday from 11.00am to 12 Midnight
With a variation to the current licence such that the days and hours on which alcohol is intended to be sold under the licence area:
Monday to Sunday from 10.00am to 1.00am the following day
The applicant is also seeking to extend the current licensed area to include the exterior courtyard area (as per attached plan) with alcohol service to cease a 10.00pm and all partons to be inside the premises by 10.15pm.
