Tauranga Libraries today launch its new online heritage platform - Pae Korokī: Tauranga archives online.

At today’s Projects, Services and Operations Committee meeting the Council decided not to proceed with the Mount Visitor Information Centre project.

Our offices, including our customer service centre, will close at midday on Thursday, 24 December 2020 and re-open at 8am on Tuesday, 5 January 2021. 

Tauranga City Council has been made aware that pamphlets making inaccurate claims about the effect and intent of proposed Plan Change 27 (flooding from intense rainfall) have been distributed to many properties in areas that may have a potential future flood risk.

People are being warned to stay out of the water at Memorial Park and surrounding areas, due to a wastewater overflow that occurred on 6th Avenue, Tauranga on Thursday 10 December 2020.
