Council administers electronic asset data and information about other relevant features that should be considered when designing a development or infrastructure related project e.g. connecting to an existing water main, land features or hazards associated to a site etc.
You can view information on Councils map viewer, called Mapi. Mapi allows you to geospatially view information such as:
- historic aerial photographs
- land Features (such as known archaeological sites, protected trees, stormwater ground soakage suitable areas etc.)
- flood risk areas
- City Plan technical requirements
- Location of Council utilities e.g. roads, piped reticulation etc.

If you have any questions regarding Mapi or how to obtain Mapi information in file type that suits your needs better, please contact Council's geospatial team.
If you require more specific information than that located within Mapi e.g. stormwater flood hazard modelling data etc, please contact the asset manager associated with the relevant asset discipline.
