The property team at Tauranga City Council (TCC) currently use multiple, disjointed systems to facilitate their activities of identifying and managing the TCC property portfolio.

Responding to recent and planned private and public sector investment, part of the $8M City Centre Streetscape, Amenity and Waterfront Fund is programmed to be utilised for upgrading key city centre streets and spaces.

Tauranga City Council invites proposals for the supply of electricity.  Single supplier for the supply of electricity and this can be on a fixed price with a variable volume or on a spot basis.
