Tauranga City Council is notifying Proposed Private Plan Change 40 – Mount Maunganui Golf Club Incorporated to rezone approximately 4378m2 of land of the existing Passive Open Space Zone, to Medium Density Residential Zone, over the land located at 11 Fairway Avenue.
Tauranga City Council will be removing the fire-damaged and ancillary buildings from 34 Kiteroa Street, Greerton, starting Monday 29 June 2026.
