Tauranga City Council is proposing an Alcohol Fees Bylaw to enable us to set our own alcohol licensing fees.

At its meeting on 3 March 2025, the council resolved to approve Private Plan Change 39 (Upper Ohauiti Land Rezoning) to the Tauranga City Plan pursuant to clause 17(1) of Schedule 1 of the Resource Management Act (RMA).
