We have resolved the drainage problems on the footpath near the University of Waikato. This will allow us to continue with the construction of the path next week.

Watch out for changes in pedestrian walkways near the carpark building mid next week. Work will start on excavating the footpath from Spring Street to the parking building entrance, which means we will need to close that footpath.

We want to remind everyone that the businesses in the area are still open. From food to furniture, to your various transportation needs and more, it’s all right here on Durham Street.

The garden pit outside The Rock Shop was installed last week. This means all the garden pits, rain gardens, and tree pits have now been installed on the west side of the road.

We want wish a very safe and happy Easter weekend to you and your loved ones. There will be no work happening on site during the long weekend. Construction will resume on Tuesday 23 April.
