Tauranga City Council operates the booking of sports fields in seasons (summer and winter) for training, competition and one off bookings. 

Summer bookings are taken annually from mid July for the forthcoming October 1 to March 31 season. Winter bookings are taken annually from mid January for the forthcoming April 1 to September 30 season.

Regular sports field users are contacted directly by Council when it is time to make their season bookings and forms are sent to them to complete and return. Bookings for tournaments can be taken up to 1 year in advance.

All bookings are made as per the Use of Council Land Policy.
