Replace a damaged bin, sign up for garden waste, change your bin size and more.
All requests for new or changes to existing services can be made by accessing our portal and selecting the service you require from the drop-down menu. For some requests you will need your rating valuation number and customer number, these can be found on your rates invoice.

On the portal you can:
- change your bin size
- report a damaged or missing bin
- report a missed collection
- report illegal dumping or loose litter
- report public liter bins
- request an additional bin
- request bins for your new build
- sign up for garden waste, cancel or change your garden waste collection frequency
