Pay your water bill online, or set up a direct debit to pay automatically. You can also pay in person in libraries and some Post Shops.

You will need your invoice number and customer number as shown in the top right-hand corner of your water bill.

Set up a direct debit
You will need your street address and customer number as shown in the top right-hand corner of your water bill to set up a direct debit authority. This will automatically pay your water rates on the due date without you having to do anything. A direct debit can also be set up for your land rates at the same time if you wish.

Pay your water bill in person
At any one of our libraries by EFTPOS, debit and credit card (Visa and Mastercard only). Surcharge applies for Paywave and credit card (1.3%).

You can pay your water bill in Post Shops by EFTPOS, cash, or credit card.
Remember to take your water bill with you.
