Tauranga City Council is reviewing the Street Use and Public Places Bylaw, which sets the rules for how our streets, footpaths, parks, and reserves are used.
The proposed lease requires the land to be used for the purposes of a boutique cakery including small café offering cakes, coffee, tea and associated retail activities.
