Pursuant to clauses 10(4)(b) and 11 of Schedule 1 to the Resource Management Act, Tauranga City Council gives notice that on 10 December 2024 it adopted the Independent Hearing Commissioners’ recommendations on Proposed Plan Change 39.
Tauranga City Council is proposing to amend its Alcohol Control Bylaw to formalise a temporary alcohol-free area that has been applied over the past six summers.
Pursuant to s 54(1)(b) of the Reserves Act 1977, the Tauranga City Council proposes to grant a lease of land on Gordon Spratt Reserve to the Pāpāmoa Football Club Incorporated and the Pāpāmoa Cricket Club Incorporated for an initial term of 10 years, with one renewal term of 10 years.
