Every three years, Council is legally required to reassess the value of every property in Tauranga City for rating purposes.
To do this, we engage an independent rating valuation specialist QV to conduct a city wide revaluation.
The new valuations will be audited by the Office of the Valuer General in late 2026. Notices will be sent out late December.
