Resource Management Act 1991: Public Notice of Decision on Proposed Plan Change 34 Belk Road Rural Residential and Proposed Plan Change 35 Tauriko Business Estate Stage 4 to the Operative Tauranga City Plan
Pursuant to the Resource Management Act, Schedule 1, clauses 10(4)(b) and 11, Tauranga City Council gives notice that on 16 September 2024 Council adopted the Independent Hearing Commissioners’ recommendations on these Proposed Plan Changes.

Any person or organisation that made a submission or further submission on Proposed Plan Changes 34 or 35 to the Tauranga City Plan may appeal the Council’s decision to the Environment Court on a matter or provision referred to in their submission. The notice of appeal should be in the form of Form 7 and served in accordance with clause 7 of the Resource Management (Forms, Fees, and Procedures) Regulations 2003 and must be lodged within 30 working days of service of Council’s decision with:
