Ostara Group Limited, a duly incorporated company, has made application to the Tauranga District Licensing Committee for the grant of an On Licence in respect to the premises situated at 90 Devonport Road and known as Florence in the City.
The general nature of the business conducted under the licence is that of a restaurant
The days on which and the hours during which alcohol is intended to be sold sold under the licence are:
Monday to Sunday 8.00am - 12.00pm midnight
(No alcohol is to be sold and supplied on the premises on Good Friday, Easter Sunday, Christmas Day or before 1pm on Anzac Day to any person other than a person who is on the premises to dine).
