TC240/23 Advance Notice Maintenance Depot – Builders Works

Event date: 5/04/2023 8:00 am - 6/04/2023 5:00 pm Export event

The purpose of this Advance Notice is to inform suppliers of the upcoming release of tender for the TCC Maintenance Depot – Builders Works package.

TCC will be seeking a suitably qualified building contractor to complete the fitout of the Kiwispan Shed (shed, foundations and in slab services being done by others), the relocation of the two existing Citizens Advice Bureau (CAB) buildings to the site from Tauranga CBD (38 Hamilton Street), construction of their foundations, fitout (including services installations) to the CAB buildings, construction of the decking and ramps into and between the CAB buildings and external lighting installation.

This is a one stage process.

Indicative timeframes:

Request for Tenders anticipated to be released 06 April 2023 at www.tenderlink.com/tauranga

Project Commencement: 15th May 2023

Project Completion: 30th June 2023
