Renew club licence online

Renew your Club licence online

Please note: Extended periods of inactivity, while completing this application form, may result in your session expiring. If this occurs any un-submitted forms will be lost.

To renew a Club licence you must provide the following:
  • Customer number. If you do not have a customer number call us on +64 7 577 7000 and our Customer Service team can assist with creating a customer number for you
  • A copy of your pre-requisite 100F certificate (planning and building certificate)
  • A copy of the club’s Certificate of Incorporation, or other documented evidence of its incorporation with details of the club’s charter
  • A copy of the club’s constitution or rules
  • A copy of the menu
  • A copy of the floor plans of the club, highlighting the principal entrance and restricted or supervised areas
  • A photo of the principal entrance
  • A copy of your host responsibility policy and an alcohol management plan that details how you will implement the points to your policy
  • Owner's Letter of Permission (where the premises or land is owned by Tauranga City Council, the Committee will obtain this letter on your behalf)
  • A letter of authorisation for the consultant, if you use an alcohol licensing consultant

Please have these available in PDF format where possible, as you will be required to upload them with your application.

Note: You will be emailed an invoice for the application fee. Your application will not be considered received until the invoice has been paid.
