Private Plan Change 39 (Upper Ohauiti Land Rezoning) to become Operative

Event date: 7/03/2025 8:00 am - 17/03/2025 5:00 pm Export event

At its meeting on 3 March 2025, the council resolved to approve Private Plan Change 39 (Upper Ohauiti Land Rezoning) to the Tauranga City Plan pursuant to clause 17(1) of Schedule 1 of the Resource Management Act (RMA).

In accordance with clause 20(1) of Schedule 1 of the RMA, the plan change will become operative on 17 March 2025.
