Mount Maunganui Golf Club Limited, a duly incorporated club, has made application to the Tauranga District Licensing Committee for the grant of an On Licence in respect to the premises situated at 15 Fairway Avenue, Mount Maunganui and known as Mount Maunganui Golf Club.
The general nature of the business conducted under the licence is that of a function venue.
The days on which and the hours during which alcohol is intended to be sold under the licence are:
Monday to Sunday 09:30:00 AM to 01:00:00 AM the following day
No alcohol is to be sold and supplied on the premises on Good Friday, Easter Sunday, Christmas Day or before 1pm on Anzac Day to any person other than a person who is on the premises to dine.
