Estimated rates and levies that are based on rating valuations, are calculated using the current rating values from 1 May 2023. These new values will be used to set and assess rates from 1 July 2025. The valuations do not change the rates budget, instead they change the allocation of the budget on individual properties.

The Transportation Infrastructure Funding and Finance levy is collected by council on behalf of a special purpose vehicle company set up to provide the external funding for specific transportation projects.
