The initiative is all about linking families, agencies and local partners together so that families have the means to create warm, dry and uncrowded homes. The Bay of Plenty District Health Board has contracted the expertise of Tauranga Community Housing Trust and Sustainability Options to deliver this initiative across our region. To be eligible for this service, you need to meet certain criteria. However, Sustainability Options also offers a free housing performance service to all homeowners.
