Bookings and general information

Please find below general information around booking a space on a Council sports field.

Games and training bookings

Booking forms are sent to all regular users for prior to each upcoming season. Once your booking is confirmed you can make changes as required.

For season bookings, the organisation running the competition (usually the regional sports organisation) will book the games and the clubs will book the trainings.

Summer season 1 October to 31 March

Summer season bookings are now closed, however if you would still like to make a booking request please use the form below.

Winter season 1 April to 30 September

Bookings are taken mid-January until 12 noon on 1 February.

Events and tournament bookings

Bookings for events and tournaments can be requested up to a year in advance of the booking date.
Please refer to the organising an event page for event bookings.

Booking a promotion board

Promotional boards are available at some of the sports fields for the codes based at the park to promote their upcoming events or activities.
