Information on requesting new bins and delivery time frames
All requests for new or changes to existing services can be made by accessing our portal and selecting the service you require from the drop down menu, you will need your address, rating valuation number, and customer number with your request.

Requesting an additional bin
Additional bins are available for all households for food scraps and glass. We aim to deliver new bins within five working days. When requesting and additional bin please ensure you’ve read our terms and conditions.

Requesting bins for your new build
Once your new build has received a code of compliance (CCC) you will now be eligible for the kerbside waste collection service. Please go to the portal choose from one of the following bin bundles any time after 10 working days from the date the Code of Compliance was issued:
- Low waste bin bundle
- Standard bin bundle
- High waste bin bundle

These bins, along with an education brochure, will be delivered to your property within 10 working days of your request, and will be charged in your next residential rates bill.
If you don’t choose a particular bin bundle by 30 June, we will deliver the “Standard bin bundle” to your property.
The garden waste service is an optional fortnightly or four-weekly collection. You can sign up via the portal and we’ll aim to deliver your bins within five working days.
